Photo Shoot: Information on Before and After
* Balloons fly only at sunrise in Cappadocia.
* Photo shooting and balloon flight cannot be done on the same day. Because balloons stay in the sky for only 1 hour.
* Balloon flight depends on the weather conditions of that day. (wind speed, rain, fog)
* Photo shoot starts early at sunrise.
* Balloons fly every day of the year in Cappadocia as long as the weather conditions allow.
* When the balloon flight is cancelled, we continue to take photos. Because that date is reserved for you and no other
customers are accepted. When the balloon flight is canceled, we can add balloons with photoshop.
* We need a deposit to make a reservation.
* You can make the deposit online with a Debit Card/Credit card. (You do not pay extra online payment commission for the deposit.)
* We pick you up from your hotel in Cappadocia for a photo shoot. When the photo shoot is over, we drop you off at your hotel.
* All the photos and videos taken will be delivered after the photo shoot. (We can transfer it to your phone or with google drive.)
* You can use more than one dress for the photo shoot. You can bring high heels, but you must have sneakers with you.
* • We give free bathrobes for the swing bed concept.
* For the running horses, you should bring a short dress. The horses can step on the long-tailed dress, it’s dangerous.
* We edit your photos within 7-10 days after you choose them. We send the edited photos to you via google drive.
* Photo edits: includes coloring-light balance-venue retouching.
*The density of hot air balloons in the sky may be low depending on the intensity of tourism in Cappadocia.
* Purchased packages cannot be transferred to second parties.
* Packages cannot be changed after purchase. This is because payment for items included in the package (such as classic cars, cranes, carpet shops, or horse farms) is made in advance on the date you make the reservation, and this fee is non-refundable.
*Payment Terms & Cash Policy : A prepayment is required to secure your reservation. Credit/debit cards are strictly accepted for the prepayment only. The remaining balance must be paid entirely in CASH on the day of the shoot, immediately upon completion of the session.
*Card Payments for Remaining Balance & Authorization : If you choose to pay the remaining balance via credit/debit card instead of cash, a +30% online processing and service fee will be applied to the final amount. By opting for a card payment, you acknowledge and agree to this fee. Furthermore, to process a card payment, the cardholder must physically sign a ‘Service Completion and Payment Authorization Form’ on-site. This document serves as legal proof that the photography service was successfully delivered in full and that the payment was processed with the customer’s explicit presence, knowledge, and consent.

CAPPADOCIA PANORAMA PHOTO SHOOT SERVICE AND CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
1. EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND FIRM RESERVATION (Legal Notice)
The photography service offered by our company in the Cappadocia region falls under the scope of “contracts for the use of leisure time for entertainment or relaxation purposes that must be performed on a specific date or during a specific period,” as stipulated in Article 15, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph (g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Therefore, upon confirmation of the contract, the customer does not have the legal 14-day “Right of Withdrawal” without cause or condition.
Since the consumer reserves a specific date and time, thereby monopolizing the business’s production capacity, standard withdrawal rights do not apply in the event of cancellation.
2. DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION FEE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The advance payment (deposit) collected during the reservation process is explicitly and unequivocally classified as a “cancellation fee” under Article 178 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098.
For reservations confirmed by a deposit payment, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances from the reservation date forward.
If the customer decides to forgo the service or cancel the reservation prior to the reservation date, they are deemed to have fully forfeited the cancellation fee (deposit) paid, and our company is not obligated to refund this amount.
A customer requesting cancellation within 1 week (7 days) or less of the reservation date must pay 50% of the total booking amount due to the operational losses incurred by the company.
3. WEATHER CONDITIONS AND HOT-AIR BALLOON CANCELLATIONS
The takeoff and flight of hot-air balloons are entirely subject to the meteorological decisions of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (SHGM) and relevant administrative authorities.
The cancellation of balloon flights or their inability to fly due to weather conditions is entirely beyond our company’s control and responsibility.
The failure of balloons to take off does not constitute a valid reason for canceling the photography contract or requesting a refund and is legally considered “mistake of fact” (failure of the internal expectation to materialize). In the event that balloons do not fly, the reservation is absolutely not canceled.
In cases of extraordinary adverse weather conditions that make the physical execution of the photo shoot impossible (applicable only to severe rain or storm warnings with Yellow or Red codes issued by the General Directorate of Meteorology), the shoot is not canceled but rescheduled to another available time within the same day.
4. FORCE MAJEURE AND RIGHT TO POSTPONE
If the customer encounters unavoidable circumstances such as illness or the death of a first-degree relative, the reservation will not be canceled.
Provided that such unavoidable circumstances are officially documented by relevant authorities and notified to our company in writing at least 15 days prior to the reservation date, the reservation may be rescheduled for use within a 3-month period.
5. COPYRIGHT AND COMMERCIAL USE CONSENT
All copyrights to the photographs and videos obtained as a result of the photo sessions belong entirely to our company.
The visual content captured may be shared on Cappadocia Panorama’s commercial Instagram page and all other commercial/digital platforms for advertising and marketing purposes.
By making a reservation and accepting this agreement, the customer is deemed to have granted unconditional permission for such commercial use.
6. PAYMENT LIABILITY, PROHIBITION ON TRANSFER, AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION
A customer who makes a payment using another person’s credit card through our online reservation system or payment links assumes full legal and financial responsibility for this transaction.
Reservations made through our company are personal and may under no circumstances be transferred to a second or third party.
Reservation details are verified on-site on the day of the photo shoot by presenting identification.
In the event that the information provided by the customer does not match their actual personal information, our company reserves the right to immediately and unilaterally cancel the reservation and demand full payment of the service fee.
7.Delivery of Edited Photographs
You will receive the edited photographs via a Google Drive link within 7 to 10 business days following the Client’s selection of the photographs to be edited. However, the delivery period may be extended in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Photographer’s reasonable control.
